Heat Shrink Terminals & Connectors

Heat shrink crimp terminals and connectors with adhesive-lined insulation. Once crimped onto the cable the insulation is shrunk with a heat gun or butane gas torch providing a long-lasting seal around the cable preventing any water or moisture ingress.

Cable Size Crimp Colour Guide:

Red: 0.5 - 1mm²
Blue: 1.0 - 2.5mm²
Yellow: 3.0 - 6mm²

Best suited for marine use or anywhere that requires the cable to be sealed from the elements prolonging the life of the cable.

  • Materials: Conductor: Brass / Sleeve: Copper tubular / Insulation: Polyethylene / Plating: Tin
  • Lined with hot melt adhesive
  • Shrinkable temperature: +125°C to 180°C
  • Operating temperature: -45°C to +125°C
  • Voltage rating: 600V max.
