Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Browse our products, click on any items you wish to buy, they will be added to your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard & PayPal, all payments are paid upfront when you checkout.

For International Orders, please complete the online form available from the homepage giving details of your requirements and location for an estimate of international carriage costs.

Delivery Schedule

We endeavour to make sure your order is processed quickly and strive to ship it within one business day. However in some cases due to heavy order volume, it may take more than two business days to process your order.

Delivery

If you have ordered goods with next day delivery and they have not arrived, you must notify us within 7 days of the dispatch date via email or telephone. Failure to do so will void any such claim.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. After you receive your order delivery confirmation you have the option to cancel the back order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For all UK orders 20% VAT is added.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted through our Shopify Payment Service. No card numbers are displayed on our systems and are not held in clear text on any web site.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.Data collected by this site is used to:

Returns Policy

We operate a "no-quibbles" guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 30 days from date of invoice. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

If the return is due to an error we have made we will gladly refund the delivery charges.

If the item is either faulty or damaged please contact us to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Any missing order claims must be reported to us with a 30 day time period.

As we have no control over installation, claims cannot be accepted for consequential loss and / or damage to other equipment or personal injury / damage to any third party.

When returning an item, for your own protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
