FedEx Damaged the Package

Not your fault, but when the package arrived, it was torn and empty, so I rejected delivery. The FedEx driver said he would mark it as rejected, and that I would subsequently hear from you. However, I never heard anything, so I guess he didn't. (I have reasons to not trust the local FedEx operation.)
