Terms & Conditions of Sale

Furneaux Riddall & Co Ltd – Standard Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. General: All contracts and orders accepted by the Company contain these terms and conditions. No variation shall be binding unless accepted in writing.

2. Payment Terms: Payment for Goods shall be made in full in sterling by the end of the month following the month of invoice (30 days net).

3. Delivery & Inspection: Delivery dates are approximate. The Purchaser must inspect Goods immediately on delivery and notify any damages or defects within 3 days for transit loss or 2 weeks for defects[cite: 2].

4. Retention of Title: Property in the Goods shall not pass to the Purchaser until the Company receives payment in full[cite: 2].

5. Credit Reference Checks: We will make a search with a credit reference agency, which will keep a record of that search and share information with other businesses[cite: 2].
