Blue fully insulated heat shrink 6.3mm female spade terminal. The cable is inserted, the connector is crimped and then heated with a hot air gun, causing the heat shrink sleeve to shrink around the crimped connector. This provides a water resistant seal around the cable entry point.
I was recommended your blue adhesive lined heat shrink terminals
And at great expense of postage and order
I decided I would , get them from you.
First off your reputation and secondly it was a top marine product for a vessel undergoing restoration
However, the product that has been sent to me
Is not adhesive lined is clearly not the product advertised, and is a cheap imitation,
please study my photos carefully
It also means I cannot get my wiring done this weekend
I’m not your usual moaner,
Rarely do i feel this disappointed
Please do you best to amend the situation.
