It is an unfair rating as it is a failure of your courier, but as a first - the courier claims they could not find our house?? We are on a main 'B' road into town, all houses are numbered sequentialy and more importantly the DPD Drivers pass our house daily to one of their Drop Off points 250 yards away.
ure is excacerbated by the DPD's chat bot 'help' telling me 'my parcel is in their depot it will be delivered to my address' -but not when, this for 3 days.
