before you start shopping.
A) To browse our products click the 'products' button on the top navigation bar or
click the banner on the Online Catalogue homepage. You will be presented with an
Alphabetical list showing our product categories. Navigate through the various
categories and sub-categories to find your required item.
b) From within the shopping area of our site you will see an extra button on the top
navigation bar called 'site map'. Clicking this will give a complete index of ALL
categories and sub-categories within our site.
c) Use our 'Quick Search' feature by entering a keyword, phrase or item number into
the search box at the top of the left-hand menu, and click "find it!".
d) Use our 'Advanced Search' feature by clicking the 'search' button on the top
navigation bar from within the shopping area of our site. Here you can choose to
search by Price Range, Section, as well as by Keyword or Phrase.
How can I find out more information about an item?
On certain items if there is any further information or specifications there will be
an additional button and/or links within the item description which you can click and
view. As with all our products if you are unsure, or need help deciding just call our

How do I add an item to my Shopping Basket?
Simply click the 'Add to Basket' button that appears next to all items available for
order. You will then be shown an overview of all items in your Shopping Basket before
being returned to the page you were viewing.
How can I see the contents of my Shopping Basket?
Throughout the site you will be able to track the total number of items, and the
total price of your order by looking at the 'Your Basket' section on the left-hand
menu. To view full details of your order click the 'view basket' button on the top
navigation bar from within the shopping area of our site.
How do I complete my order?
When you have finished shopping simply click the 'checkout' button on the top
navigation bar from within the shopping area of our site. Then follow the on screen
instructions to finalise your order.
