Firstly, if you have an existing account with us please click the 'Trade Login' button before you start shopping.
A) To browse our products please use the navigation bar on the left to search for pruducts you require. Most pruducts will be under sub catergories for example: Terminals will be located under cable accessories.
B) Use the search bar (Top Right) to search for products by entering a keyword, phrase or item number.
How can I find out more information about an item?
On certain items if there is any further information or specifications there will be an additional button and/or links within the item description which you can click and view. As with all our products if you are unsure, or need help deciding just call our advice line on +44 (0)23 9266 8621.
How do I add an item to my Shopping Basket?
Simply click the 'Add to Basket' button that appears under the selected item available for order. You will then be shown an overview of all items in your Shopping Basket before being returned to the page you were viewing.
How can I see the contents of my Shopping Basket?
To view full details of your order click the 'basket' tab on the top navigation bar from within the shopping area of our site.
How do I complete my order?
When you have finished shopping simply click the 'checkout' button on the top navigation bar from within the shopping area of our site. Then follow the on screen instructions to finalise your order. If you would like your goods shipped to a different address that is different from your billing address then please check the box on the first stage at the checkout.
