Returns & Refunds

We operate a "no-quibbles" guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition with a copy of the paperwork that came with the goods within 14 days from date of invoice. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

If the return is due to an error we have made we will gladly refund the delivery charges.

If the item is either faulty or damaged please contact us to arrange for a replacement or refund.

When returning an item, for your own protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
