Orders & Delivery

Items ordered directly from this website can be shipped to a UK Mainland address ONLY. Delivery charges are at a set rate of £6 unless orders are over £100 ex vat in which case the delivery will be free of charge. Please note that Scotland does not fall under our standard delivery charge rates. For Scottish Highlands & Islands the shipping charges will be calculated on a case by case basic and we will contact you with the cheapest quote possible for approval. All deliveries will require a signature for proof of delivery.

For International Orders, please click the international button on the left hand navigation bar and complete our online form giving details of your requirements and location for an estimate of international carriage costs. Please make sure that the address information is correct and state the country you wish the item to be shipped to. We will then contact you by email with a delivery cost.

We endeavour to make sure your order is processed quickly and strive to ship it within one business day. However in some cases due to heavy order volume, it may take more than two business days to process your order or we may have to back order your order and will then ship as soon as it arrives. In cases such as this please use the 'Order Tracking' button at the top right or the 'Login' button to track and monitor your order.
