What is the easiest way to find what I need?

Firstly, if you have an existing account with us please click the 'Login' button before you start shopping.

A) To browse our products please use the navigation bar at the top of the home page to search for products you require. Most pruducts will be under sub catergories for example: Cable Ties will be located under Cable & Accessories then Cable Fixings.

B) Use the search bar (Top Right) to search for products by entering a keyword, phrase or item number. This may not always give the best results but we are improving this every day.

How can I find out more information about an item?

On certain items if there is any further information or specifications there will be an additional button and/or links within the item description which you can click and view. As with all our products if you are unsure, or need help deciding just call our advice line on +44 (0)23 9266 8621.

How do I add an item to my Shopping Basket?

Simply click the 'Add to Basket' button that appears under the selected item available for order. A pop up box will then show you an overview of all items in your Shopping Basket. This will dissapear after a few seconds.

How do I View/Complete my order?

When you have finished shopping simply click the 'Checkout' button at the top right of the web page. Then follow the on screen instructions to finalise your order. If you would like your goods shipped to a different address that is different from your billing address then please check the box on the first stage of the checkout.
